A SIP Calculator is an online tool used to calculate the return on investments made through a Systematic Investment Plan (SIP). It is used to calculate the interest earned, total return and future value of investments made through a SIP. It takes into account the amount of money invested, the rate of interest, the investment tenure and the frequency of the SIP payments to calculate returns. The calculator also helps to compare different SIPs and determine which one offers the best return.
You can use TechLifediary SIP Calculator by putting Your Monthly Investement, and then put how many return your expecting, and then the number of years you want to continue your SIP. You will see the result on right side when you click on Calculate button with the result of your Total Investement, Growth Value & Wealth gain.
Our online SIP calculator works on the following formula:
M = P x ({[1 + i] n-1}/i ) x (1 + i)
Where the variables indicate the following:
M = the amount you will receive on maturity
n = the number of payments you have made
P = the amount you have invested at regular intervals
i = the periodic interest rate
For example, let’s say your monthly SIP investment is ₹1000, the expected rate of return is 12% and your investment tenure is 20 years. Upon using the above formula, your estimated returns on your investment would be ₹7,49,255. So, on a ₹2,40,000 investment, you would get ₹9,89,255.
