If you are continually having trouble logging into the website, your saved web history may be interfering with you entering newer/different information. In these instances you may need to clear your web history. Follow the steps below for how to clear cache web history on google chrome and firefox
Caution: Clearing your browser history will remove ALL saved passwords and log-in information stored for other web pages including Audible. You will need to re-enter your saved log-in account information for other websites again if you decide to attempt this troubleshooting option. Clearing your browsing history will not affect any downloaded or stored files on your computer.
- Click on the upper right of the browser toolbar.
- Click More tools.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Place a checkmark in the following boxes:
- Browsing history
- Download history
- Cookies and other site and plug-in data
- Cached images and files
- Hosted app data
- Content licenses
- Select the beginning of time from the drop down menu.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Click Open menu.
- Click History.
- Click Clear Recent History.
- Click the drop-down menu next to Time range to clear and select Everything.
- Place a checkmark next to the following options under Details:
- Browsing & Download History
- Cookies
- Cache
- Active Logins
- Offline Website Data
- Site Preferences
- Click Clear Now.
The window will close and the items you have selected will be cleared.
- Click the gear icon on the top right of the Internet Explorer window.
- Click Safety.
- Click Delete browsing history.
- Place a checkmark next to the following:
- Temporary Internet files and Web site files
- Cookies and Web site data
- History
- Tracking Protection, ActiveX Filtering and Do Not Track
- Click Delete.

Once complete, you will receive a confirmation Internet Explorer has finished deleting the selected browsing history.
